If you lose your bags after check-in you always need to contact your airline directly.

When submitting your report:

• Provide detailed descriptions

• Include travel dates and flight information

• Upload photos if available

Once your report is submitted, you will receive a reference number confirming registration.

If a match is found, we will contact you with:

• Instructions on how to collect your item
