This Free Prize Draw is being run by Edinburgh Airport on behalf of Jet2holidays Limited and CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited (as applicable). The name and email address and post code of the winner will be passed to Jet2holidays Limited and CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited. No other personal details will be passed to Jet2holidays Limited and CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Edinburgh Airport Privacy Policy. The competition will run from 10:00 on 31/08/2026 until  23:58 on 06/09/2026.

How to participate

Participants must be 18 years of age or over. The Promoter may require proof of age from winners.

Entrants must be UK residents.

Entry to the Free Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any Participant for entering or attempting to enter the Free Prize Draw.

If entering the Free Prize Draw via the relevant Edinburgh Airport Instagram post, participants must follow Edinburgh Airport (@edinburghairport) on Instagram, tag a friend in a comment on the post, and re-share the post to their story.

Any non-compliance with or breach of these Terms and Conditions by a Participant or any dishonest, misrepresentative or fraudulent conduct will void an entry.

A maximum of one entry per Participant is permitted on each channel (Instagram and webpage).

The Free Prize Draw is not open to any employee, contractors, or suppliers of Edinburgh Airport Limited that are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion. Multiple entries through the same channel will be disqualified and only the first valid entry will be accepted.

Start Date

The Free Prize Draw will be open from 10:00 on  31 August 2026 and entries received on or after this date will be valid.

Closing Date

The closing date for the Free Prize Draw will be  23:58 on 6 September 2026. Any entries received after this date will not be valid.

Selection and notification of the Winner

The winner of the Free Prize Draw will be randomly selected from all entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or using the contact details provided by the participant on the webpage within seven (7) days of closing. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winners drawn within twenty-one days (21) days, Edinburgh Airport reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Promoter’s decision on the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter with the unsuccessful Participants.

The first name and area of residence of the Winner may be obtained by sending a request to [email protected] within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner objects to such information being made available, or requests that the amount of information made available be reduced, Edinburgh Airport will only disclose the information where required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Prize

There will be one (1) prize winner. The prize consists of:

Two return economy class flights to and from Edinburgh Airport to Kefalonia Airport with Jet2holidays, seven night stay with half board for two adults in a Double or Twin room with Land View and two lounge passes to the Escape Lounge at Edinburgh Airport.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize must be accepted as stated, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated.

Personal data

Any personal data provided by a Participant will remain confidential to the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purposes of administering the Free Prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to use the information for the purposes of administering and facilitating the Free Prize Draw including but not limited to publishing or making available the first name and area of residence of the Winner, as well as providing the Winner’s details to third parties for the purposes of administering the Free Prize Draw including the actual providers of the Prize. Entrants may object to the publication or making available of such information, or request that the amount of information disclosed be reduced.

All personal data provided by a Participant will be used by the Promotor solely for the purposes of administering the Free Prize Draw or as otherwise set out/referred to in these Terms and conditions. Personal data from unsuccessful participants will not be retained. Personal data from the successful participant will only be retained for as long as necessary for the administration of the Free Prize Draw and compliance with legal obligations.

Liability

Edinburgh Airport Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw (including altering prizes at an equal value) if, in Edinburgh Airport's sole discretion, the Free Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for Participant entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including but not limited to, as a result of an equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promotor, its agents, employees, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be lawfully excluded which occurs as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents, employees or distributors. The Winner’s statutory rights are not affected.

General

The Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry in the Free Prize Draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation, or refuse to award the Prize, to anyone that is non-compliant or in breach of these Terms and Conditions and its decision shall be absolute and final.

If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under any applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

Jet2holidays Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. The Prize:

2. The winner will win: (a) a 7 night holiday for up to 2 adults in a Double or Twin room with Land View on an Half Board basis at the Mediterranee Hotel. This prize includes return flights for up to 2 adults from Edinburgh Airport to Greece, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. This prize must be booked by 30th October 2026 with all return travel completed between:

3. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

4. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited [and Jet2holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry].

5. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.

6. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

7. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.

8. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.

9. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.

10. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.

11. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.

General:

12. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacypolicyhttp:// www.jet2.com/privacy).

14. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

Escape Lounge (CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited) Terms & Conditions

Lounge entry is subject to availability and standard Escape Lounges entry terms and conditions.
Lounge access must be used within 12 months of the winner being notified.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
