This competition is being run by Edinburgh Airport on behalf of BrewDog. The name and email address of the winner(s) will be passed to BrewDog. No other personal details will be passed to BrewDog. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Edinburgh Airport Privacy Policy. The competition will run from 11:30 on 17/09/2025 until 17:00 on 02/10/2025.

Promoter

The prize draw promoter is Edinburgh Airport Limited, Edinburgh, EH12 9DN, Scotland

How to participate

Participants must be 18 years of age or over. The Promoter may require proof of age from winners.

Entrants must be UK residents and have a UK postal address to receive delivery of the prize.

Participants can enter the Free Prize Draw via the Edinburgh Airport Instagram post, Facebook post, or X post.

Entry to the Free Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any Participant for entering or attempting to enter the Free Prize Draw.

If entering the competition through Instagram, participants must follow Edinburgh Airport’s official account (@edinburghairport), like the post, and tag who you’d share the prize with in a comment on the post.

If entering the competition through Facebook, participants must follow Edinburgh Airport’s official account (Edinburgh Airport), like and share the post, and tag who you’d share the prize with in a comment on the post.

If entering the competition through X, participants must follow Edinburgh Airport’s official account (@EDI_airport), like and repost the post, and tag tag who you’d share the prize with in a reply to the post.

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a Participant or any dishonest, misrepresentative or fraudulent conduct will void an entry.

Each additional comment or reply will count as an additional entry per Participant.

The Free Prize Draw is not open to any employee, contractors, or suppliers of Edinburgh Airport Limited that are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.

Start Date

The Free Prize Draw will be open from 11:30 on 18 September 2025 and entries received on or after this date will be valid.

Closing Date

The closing date for the Free Prize Draw will be 17:00 on 2 October 2025. Any entries received after this date will not be valid.

Selection and notification of the Winner

The winner of the Free Prize Draw will be randomly selected from all entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform on which they entered within seven (7) days of closing. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winners drawn within twenty-one days (21) days, no further draws will take place, as Edinburgh Airport Limited's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.

The Promotor’s decision on the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promotor with the unsuccessful Participants.

Prize

There will be one (1) prize winner. The prize will be a £100 spend to be used in the BrewDog restaurant in Edinburgh Airport’s Departures Lounge.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize must be accepted as stated, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated. The prize must only be used during a single visit to the restaurant. If any credit is left over, it will not be available to use at a later date or visit.

The prize is valid to be used between 13/10/2025 and 30/11/2025.

Personal data

Any personal data provided by a Participant will remain confidential to the Promotor and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purposes of administering the Free Prize draw. The Promotor reserves the right to use the information for the purposes of facilitating the Free Prize Draw including but not limited to publishing the name of the Winner on its website, as well as providing the Winner’s details to third parties for the purposes of administering the Free Prize Draw including the actual providers of the Prize.

All personal data provided by a Participant will be used by the Promotor solely for the purposes of administering the Free Prize Draw or as otherwise set out/referred to in these Terms and conditions. Personal data from unsuccessful participants will not be retained. Personal data from the successful participant will only be retained until the prize has been delivered.

Liability

Edinburgh Airport Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw (including altering prizes at an equal value) if, in Edinburgh Airport's sole discretion, a Free Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

The Promotor does not accept responsibility for Participant entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including but not limited to, as a result of an equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The Promotor shall have no liability to any of the Participants under these Terms and Conditions.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promotor, its agents, employees, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be lawfully excluded which occurs as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents, employees or distributors. The Winner’s statutory rights are not affected.

General

The Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry in the Free Prize Draw.

The Promotor reserves the right to refuse participation, or refuse to award the Prize, to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions and its decision shall be absolute and final.

If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under any applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
