Hop on the tram
Trams are one of the easiest ways to get to and from the airport with fast and frequent services to the city centre. Trams depart at least every 10 minutes with an end-to-end journey of just 30 minutes.

Our airport tram stop is right outside the main terminal next to the plaza and Edinburgh sign.

Airport return tickets are completely open-ended, so whether you need to use it next week or next year – it’s valid!
Remember to buy tickets before boarding the trams. You can get them from vending machines at any tram stop – including at the airport.
Connections with rail stations & bus services
Easily connect with trains at the Edinburgh Gateway, Edinburgh Park Station and Haymarket stops. Edinburgh’s main railway station, Waverley, and Edinburgh Bus Station are also just a short walk from the St Andrew Square stop.
