Extra Rugby World Cup flights from Edinburgh are scrum-thing for fans to shout about

The Rugby World Cup might not have started yet, but Scotland fans already have scrum-thing to shout about.

Ryanair has announced extra flights from Edinburgh to the French cities of Paris and Marseille for the Scotland matches against South Africa and Ireland, meaning there's now even more opportunity to get across there and back the team.

Whether you're going to TRY for tickets, or you just want to be in the city to savour the occasion, it's now easier to plan your trip.

For Scotland v South Africa, Sunday September 10

  • Extra flight from Edinburgh to Marseille on Saturday September 9

  • Extra flight from Marseille to Edinburgh on Monday September 11

The match will take place at Stade de Marseille.

For Scotland v Ireland, Saturday October 7

  • Extra flights from Edinburgh to Paris on Friday October 6 and Saturday October 7

  • Extra flights from Paris to Edinburgh on Sunday October 8 and Monday October 9

The match will take place at Stade de France.
