Improvement works to check-in hall lifts - information for passengers

Alternative accessible route

Improvement works will be carried out on the lifts in our check-in hall from 17th February to 19th February, with both lifts closed during that time.

These lifts take you up from the check-in hall to security, so passengers will need to use the escalators or follow an alternative accessible route to reach security.

If you need to use a lift up to security, follow the signposted route out of the check-in hall to the Multi-storey car park across the road.

Here you'll take the lift up to the second floor, before following the signs to security via the overbridge.

Passengers who have booked special assistance for their journey and families may use our Fast Track lane free of charge during this time.

The FastTrack lane is open each day from 04:00 to 19:00.
