We’ve changed the way people can enter the Check-In Hall as we try to control the flow of people and to help people socially distance where possible.
We’ve allocated doors to different passenger groups to make the journey as smooth as possible and minimise the possibility of people gathering unnecessarily in the hall.
We’ve also introduced a one-way system in the hall and the sky-blue line will be in place again to guide passengers to their check-in desks. We’ll only be operating every second desk to give as much space as possible, and each desk has a protective perspex screen installed. We still recommend that passengers arrive at the airport two hours prior to their flight but please check with your airline’s advice as well.
And if you aren't travelling then we ask that you don't come into the terminal.
