Often described as the coolest city in the Nordic block, Copenhagen is edgier than Stockholm and worldlier than Oslo. This is where you’ll find New Nordic pioneer Noma, once again voted the world’s best restaurant in 2014, and one of 15 Michelin-starred restaurants in town – not bad for a city of 1.2 million.
Nonetheless Copenhagen is more than just geometric threads and seasonal cocktails. The royal capital is filled with cobbled, biker-friendly streets, world-class museums, stunning architecture and candlelit cafes. The three most famous attractions in the city are more than the century-old amusement park Tivoli Gardens, the statute of The Little Mermaid and the 17th-centurey waterfront Nyhavn.
Fly directly from Edinburgh to Copenhagen on easyJet, Norwegian, SAS and a NEW Ryanair service (starting 6th November 2015).
