Edinburgh Airport publishes Airspace Change Programme initial consultation report

Edinburgh Airport has today published an Airspace Change Programme (ACP) initial consultation report showing 5,880 responses were submitted when the airport canvassed opinion on airspace redesign and modernisation this summer.

The consultation, the biggest of its kind undertaken by a UK airport, ran between June 6 and 19 September.

New service announced: Athens - Edinburgh service with Aegean

September passenger figures show substantial international growth

Edinburgh Airport has today welcomed the latest passenger figures showing that September 2016 saw 1,191,728 passengers passing through the airport.

This represents an 11% increase on September 2015 with the greatest growth area being passengers on international flights which had a 21.5% hike compared to the same month last year.
