Directions

Heathrow is 15 miles west of central London and easily accessible from the M4 and M25 motorways.

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are close together at the centre of the airport site. Terminal 4 is to the south of the site and Terminal 5 is on the Western Perimeter Road – each has its own separate entrance.

From the M25

Exit at junction 15 for Terminals 1, 2 and 3, or at junction 14 for Terminals 4 and 5, then follow the signs.

From the M4

For Terminals 1, 2 and 3, exit at junction 4 and follow the signs. For Terminals 4 and 5, exit at junction 4b and follow the M25 south to junction 14, then follow the signs.

Motorcycle parking

Motorcyclists can park free of charge at Heathrow in dedicated motorbike parks. Riders should not use the car parking bays.

Motorcyle park locations

  • Terminals 1, 2 and 3: At the back of Short Stay Car Park 1A/5, to the right of the exit. Access is via Chester Road.
  • Terminal 4: Opposite the arrivals forecourt.
  • Terminal 5: Next to the short stay car park.

Please note that for security reasons, motorcycles will be removed if parked anywhere other than the designated areas.
