Terminal forecourt changes
Edinburgh Airport is making important changes to its terminal forecourt to improve access and reduce congestion. In order to complete this work, access is now restricted to some areas of the forecourt.
Private cars: Signs on the airport approach road direct drivers to use either the Set Down Zone or the Pick Up Zone/car park. Drivers must not enter the green lane, which is for public transport and other authorised vehicles. The Pick Up Zone is on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park, directly opposite the terminal.
Buses: Edinburgh Airport's bus stops have temporarily moved to the coach park (on the east side of the terminal building) to allow for improvement works to the airport forecourt from March to June 2010. The new stops are signposted, and our bus stop leaflet includes a map and list of services calling at each stand.

Taxis: Private taxis and city "black cabs" call at ranks towards the east end of the terminal building. Taxis booked in advance can be found in a separate dedicated rank next to the ground floor of the car park.
