London is a great shopping city with so much choice, from the bespoke and world renowned department stores of Selfridges, Harrods and Fortnum Mason to the many high street favourites found on Oxford Street to the 350 markets the city have to offer; you’ll no doubt return with a few extra kilos in your bag. The city is also known for its markets including Camden Market- whose stalls sell lots of quirky and handmade items and has long been famous for its punk clothing - and Covent Garden Market, where after browsing you can stay and watch the talented street performers.

Visitors should wander to Hyde Park, recognised as one of the world’s best parks where you can take a break from the bustling atmosphere of London city. Spend time in the park and visit the beautiful Kensington Palace and Gardens, take a boat out on the river or simply enjoy a good book there. From here, it is only a short walk to the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert museum, all right next door to each other so it’s a great way to spend an afternoon fleeting between the three.

Head down to the West End where you can catch the amazing theatre shows rivalling those seen in New York’s Broadway. Alongside the many great shows, the West End of the city has lots to offer with the authentic Asian cuisine found in Chinatown, the many premiers held in Leicester Square and the countless great bars and clubs.
