Stroll around Europe’s most extensive Gothic old city centre which offers an amazing collection of old and new. With great artists such as Picasso and Joan Miro drawing inspiration from this breathtaking city, it is clear to see why; and Barcelona's wide collection of museums allows you to see the creations from a number of these amazing artists. And of course, any sports fan will adore a visit to the Camp Nou stadium which boasts a capacity of 100,000 and home to many football greats, past and present.

All the sightseeing can be tiring but rest assured Barcelona will refuel you with its fantastic selection of food and drink. Mirroring its architecture, the city offers an excellent balance of traditional Catalan cuisine and modern gastronomy and for a super easy way to get a great taste of the city, why not take a tapas tour.

Considered one of Europe’s leading fashion capitals, the Passeig de Gracia offers a wide variety of luxury and bespoke designers as well as a number of high street brands or head over to the Portal de l’Angel, one of the most popular shopping spots. With so much to see and do, it can be hard to fit it all in but it is recommended that you take a break and sit in one of the city’s beautiful squares with a large glass of sangria and soak up Barcelona’s vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere.
