Family facilities

Flying with children doesn't have to be a challenge. You'll find everything you need to keep young travellers happy at the airport, from baby change rooms to pre-flight entertainment.

Baby changing

Edinburgh Airport has baby change rooms in the following locations:

Before security, in UK arrivals (near Costa coffee shop).
Before security, on the first floor near Borders book shop.
After security, near Gate 11.
In the international baggage reclaim hall (arriving passengers only).

Play areas

There is a small unsupervised play area after security, near Gate 3, with toys and puzzles to help keep youngsters distracted.

Fingabox interactive play screens for children can be found at various locations in the terminal, including near Gates 2, 4, 9 and 11 and in UK Arrivals.

Some children's entertainments are also provided in the family area of the first-floor Food Village (near Caffè Nero ).

Food and other essentials

Most restaurants and bars provide high chairs and children's menu. Baby essentials such as nappies, formula milk and wipes are available at Boots pharmacy.

At WHSmith you can find magazines, comics and puzzle books to keep children entertained in the lounges and in the air.
