Edinburgh Airport is continuing to demonstrate its commitment to climate change after being placed highest out of any UK airport in the second Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) Energy Efficiency League Table, published annually by the Environment Agency.

Today (21 March) easyJet, Scotland’s largest airline, was joined by Humza Yousaf, Minister for External Affairs, at Edinburgh Airport to officially unveil a new aircraft dedicated “Discover Scotland” and launch six brand new routes – Hamburg, Reykjavik, Berlin, Prague, Copenhagen and Dubrovnik.

Edinburgh Airport has been named the best in Britain for passenger satisfaction, and one of the three best airports in Europe, at the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards for 2012.
